  • What did you do before myDriver?

    Rimi:
    Firstly, I spent a 3-year period in a training-programme for Commercial Office Communication, and additionally I trained to become a mediator. After my community service I started studying Sociology and Political Science in the University of Kassel. During that time I also worked as a student assistant and tutor in the faculty of Macrosociology.  In addition to this, in cooperation with two other classmates and two teachers we developed the E-learning system for empirical research for the field of social sciences, which later I utilised as a tutor in providing guidance to students.

  • What are your responsibilities at myDriver?

    Rimi:
    In myDriver I take care of the quality processes for both internal and external drivers. This includes the processing of complaints and the imposition of penalties. I evaluate all channels where the drivers get feedback (surveys, app reviews, emails). In addition, I am also responsible for the entire Onboarding Process of our own fleet. And finally I try continuously to improve the quality of our own fleet as well as for our external partners. 

  • Why myDriver?

    Rimi:
    I like working with an international and young team. There are many points of contact to other departments, so it´s never boring. In Driver and Partner Management the team spirit is also very good, which makes the work even more fun.
