  • What did you do before myDriver?

    Nicole:
    Before myDriver I was working in Deutsche Bahn in the area of customer service

  • What are your responsibilities at myDriver?

    Nicole:
    I started in 2014 in the area of customer support at myDriver.
    Now I look after our key account customers and complaint management. My tasks consist of dealing with the complaints and inquiries of our key account customers. I am the first contact person if one of our business customers has a special request or was not satisfied with our service. I work in close cooperation with the sales department and the head of customer support.  Handling complaints is very important to me, that they are handled properly and with care.  We learn when our customers are unsatisfied how to amend our service to ensure it of the highest standard.

    Nicole:
    Challenges I feel I may have missed out on during my professional career, I have found here at myDriver. Here I have the opportunity to develop professionally and my opinion is appreciated and is actively utilised in how we work from day to day. I am challenged with new tasks every day that shape my professional development. It is exciting to be part of a growing company.
